She loves helping mommy do laundry.

Her first and only experience in her robe after a bath. She did not like it so much.

Such a big girl!!!! The lamb is her favorite new thing, and she is doing so well sitting up on her own.

We love tummy time!!!! Well, at least most of the time.

This is actually a car that hangs on her tummy time mat, but I love turning them into glasses. She will let me keep them on her until Im done having fun with it. So precious.

Port Aransas Trip

Here are some pictures of our trip to Port A.. Not only is this Audrey's first vacation, this is also her first trip to the beach.

On the fairy to Port A.. She got fussy so Angela had to jump in the back to feed her.

Her first experience at the beach, and it did not go so well. It was just a little to windy.

Here are some pics from the last few months. I'm going to post a few do get everyone caught up on Audrey's progress. She has grown so much over the last few months and you should be able to tell just by looking at the photos.

This was taken on Mother's Day.

This is Audrey's favorite position to sleep in.

Rusty got up on the couch when he saw Audrey sleeping and laid his head next to her's. We are always catching both the dogs trying to get next to her!!

Belated Update!!

Sorry for the lack of updates, but things have been pretty crazy lately and we are still trying to get situated with the new schedule. Just as Angela and I thought we were getting things figured out we were dealt a new hand and found out that Audrey has a condition called "anal-stenosis," which basically means she was born with an undersized anal-hole. She has been unable to complete a bowel movement and in turn has had a dirty diaper every single change. She has also been having some green diapers along with lots of gas. The doctor said this was caused by bacteria build ups and will cause her lots of discomfort, but she did say that once she recieved the corrective surgery she would be a whole new baby. For the most part, she is already a happy and content baby, but she does have a lot of pain while passing gas or poop. So needless to say.....we are very happy to be getting this surgery done as quickly as possible and to have our Baby Girl feeling all better!!!!!!

----April 14, 2010----

Today we got to Texas Childrens Hospital around 5:45am for a scheduled 8:30am surgery for Audrey Grace.....It went extremely well and she is now recovering in her room at the main hospital. We are very blessed to have had no complications and we thanks everyone for all the kind letters, emails and text we have received over the last week, not to mention all the prayers you all have offered up.

We want to celebrate this successful day by adding some precious pictures of our Angel that our good friend Melissa at Snapped With Love photography took for us. Here are 5 pics, and I promise to keep everyone updated on a more regular basis.

We're Home!!!!

Our Main Concern

We arrived home on Friday the 12th at around 4pm and have since been trying to get settled in with our precious little Angel and our two very big, and very hyper dogs. So far it has gone much more smoothly than anticipated. Both Rusty and Chance have instantly fallen in love with Audrey and we have already started seeing signs of them protecting her. I know it might sound silly, but I have actually been praying for God to let that transition (them meeting) go smoothly.

Audrey in a New Environment

So far Audrey has done seemingly well with the transition and the new environment. She has still been eating every 2-3 1/2 hours and has actually been sleeping quite a bit, which has been good for Angela and I. We took down her Pack-n-Play and replaced it with a bassinet that my Dad and Wanda gave us, and Audrey has taken a liking to it already.

She is doing great and so is momma, so I really appriciate all the prayers you have been sending on our behalf. We have been very blessed and we can not wait to introduce her to everyone.

Right when we got in the house Angela sat with Audrey in her room and this is how the dogs reacted. They just layed there at her feet. "Hallelujah"

Our friend Kay made this for us and hung it on our hospital door. We are going to leave it up here at home for a while. :)

Mommy and Audrey Update

Angela and Audrey are doing great. Audrey has been progressing very well and has not had any problems breast feeding. In fact, she has been feeding every two hours for approx. 15-20 minutes each feeding.

Angela has also been doing great. She has started receiving pain medicine for the soreness around the incision area but has been able to start eating and drinking, as well as take a shower and walk the halls to stretch.

We have been very blessed throughout this entire process and God has truely answered all my prayers. I give Him glory for it all, and pray that He continue to protect Angela and Audrey, giving them strength and good health. Please continue to pray for our "little" family (I'm the exception/large one) :) , we can not thanks everyone enough for all the help that has been provided and the love that has been bestowed upon us. THANK YOU!!!!!

We welcomed Audrey Grace into our lives on March 9, 2010 at 9:39pm. She waid 7lbs 13oz, and is 21 inches long. She is very healthy, and has been eating and developing extremely well. Here are a few pictures of our experience so far, and I will update you all as things progress.

Pregnancy Pictures and Update!!!!

Here are a few of the pictures Angela and I had taken a few weeks back. Our friend Melissa Brewer who owns Snapped With Love photography took these and we could not be more thrilled with how they turned out.

Baby update: Audrey is now weighing in at approx. 6lbs and the doctor said this week that she does not think Angela will carry to 40 weeks. So...... we are starting to get a little anxious with having to wait for the arrival, but glad we still have a few weeks to finish tying up all the loose ends.

Please keep us in your prayers and ask that God will provide us comfort, strength, patience, and eternal love for one another and for our child that we are about to welcome into this world. I ask also that you specifically pray for Angela and Audrey's safety and health throughout the labor process. Thanks!!!!!!

I will post pictures of the room most likely this weekend so check back for those.

Here are a few pictures of Audrey's room. I still have to puddy the holes and paint two coats of white on the chair railing and waynes coating. Oh, and Angela has asked for me to paint one more coat of green on the walls.

I really like the way the trim came out around the window.

I also love this corner section. It helps to show off the detail of the room.

Baby Room

Well I have officially passed the half way mark in completing Audrey's room. My good friend Josh has been a big help in the whole process. He is basically in charge and I am following his lead. I have never taken on a project like this, and Josh has truly been a blessing. I plan to take some pictures of the room soon to post on here. I will take a few at various stages, well actually I guess we only have two more stages until it is complete. Either way you will be able to see it soon.

Mommy Update:

Angela is doing really well and is starting to show quite a bit. The last few weeks have been kind to her and she has started to set in on this whole motherhood thing. She is getting more beautiful with each passing day, and I find myself in complete awe of this miracle that is happening. We sit at home and wait for Audrey to start moving. She moves a lot throughout the night and it is visually getting to be more obvious when she does. We also started to experiment a little bit with talking to her, and have actually seen some reactions to it. The funniest one happened the other night when I got within about 2 inches of Angela's belly and asked Audrey to kick if she could hear me, and sure enough without hesitation she kicked. Of course we do realize that she doesn't actually understand what I'm saying to her, but non the less it was still an amazing moment for us.

Doctor Visits:

We went last week to the doctor. Angela had to give a little blood and drink this stuff for some testing. Everything came back normal so that is good, and we are actually about to start the bi-weekly visits which I'm anticipating to be very stressful. Well I guess the actual appointments won't be stressful, but just knowing how many there are can lead to some stress. We are also scheduled / signed up for our first birthing class and are looking forward to it. We are going to need as much help as possible so we are looking at these as a life saver and not so much a burden.

Welcome to our World

Welcome to the world of the Kelly's. We are Seth, Angela, and soon to be Audrey Grace. We are gearing up to welcome our newest addition in March of 2010, and are beyond excitement. We currently live in The Woodlands, TX. and love everything about this community. We have two big dogs, Rusty and Chance, who too are very excited about their new baby sister. They have showed us this by chewing off the corners of our coffee table and end-table. They started this soon after we found out that Angela was pregnant, and the vet said it was common, so that is what we are sticking with. God has truely blessed our lives with some much more than we deserve, and we continue to thank Him and ask that He help us to be good stewards of it all. When we first saw this beautiful being on the screen we knew that our lives would no longer be the same, and we would like to share this new adventure with all of you. We have an amazing network of family and friends who continue to love and support us, so we want to Thank You. We Love You, and hope you will continue to check back in to see our lives (Angela, Seth and Audrey) unfold.
